48% of Americans drink at least one soda a day. Full of excess sugar and harsh chemicals going into your body, soda gives another reason to rot your teeth. Instead, have you considered trying sparkling water? Most sparkling water brands contain little to no sugar and are a much healthier choice. We have several flavors and brands to recommend.

Beach Plum

In 2021, the classic carbonated water brand La Croix launched Beach Plum. If you have yet to try it, you won’t regret it! The description of the Beach Plum says it, “excites the imagination and incites dreams of summer with the delectable coolness of the luscious fruit native to the east coast of the U.S.”

Peach & Honey

Coca-Cola, the creator of AHA, has produced some of the most unique sparkling water flavors like the combination of peach and honey. Although it may sound strange, it is surprisingly good.

Island Punch

Spindrifts newest flavor Island Punch has no comparison to any of their other flavors. The Island Punch contains passion fruit, orange, and guava. The company is especially known for using real-squeezed fruit to flavor their drinks, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body. 

Lime

If you’re not so much into the wild flavors, Bubly is for you! The lime Bubly is just as refreshing and one you will never get tired of. Bubly has been owned and operated by PepsiCo since 2018. 

Blueberry Lemonade

All of Trader Joe’s products are spectacular, but the Blueberry Lemonade sparkling water is exceptional. The description reads, “Trader Joes Sparkling Water with Natural Blueberry Lemonade is a blend of naturally sweet Blueberry flavor & tart, tangy lemonade flavor.”

Pineapple

Spindrifts pineapple sparkling water is the perfect taste of summer. This brand and flavor combo in particular is unlike any other. It is definitely one to try! The description says, “Take a sip, close your eyes, and channel those tropical vibes. Spindrift Pineapple sparkling water is a paradise in a can. Made with ripe, juicy pineapples, Spindrift Pineapple is the first sparkling water made with real squeezed pineapple. Its deliciously refreshing, like a tropical vacation for your taste buds.”

Cherry Limeade

If you enjoy cherry limeade, you should definitely try Waterloo’s Sparkling water Cherry Limeade. Waterloo has so many great classical flavors to choose from!

Blackberry Mandarin

Ever heard of sparkling water with caffeine? Good & Gather has produced a variety of flavors with caffeine including Blackberry Mandarin. It’s perfect for those who dislike coffee, tea, and other caffeinated drinks but want a little pick-me-up.

Limoncello

Whether you like lemon flavored items or not, Limoncello is excellent. It’s light and airy with just a hint of lemon to help savor the taste of summer. Limoncello is also one of La Croix’s newest flavors, launched in 2020.

Tropical Cherry

Another one of Good & Gather’s best sparkling water flavors is Tropical Cherry! With a taste of lime, lemon and cherry, this flavor is the perfect combination.
