With the school year coming to a close and summer right around the corner, there will be many opportunities for students this summer. There are a variety of summer camps that students can involve themselves in. Whether indoors or outdoors, collaborative or solo, they will all help students stay busy and have interactions this summer. There are many camps students can participate in or volunteer in.

ATTEND: YMCA Camp Kern Summer Camps

The YMCA camp at Camp Kern allows teens to participate in fun activities, interact with great counselors, and build friendships. You will partake in a variety of activities including: rock climbing, ziplining, and hiking. 

Speciality & Theme Camp (ages 9-16)

• This camp allows children to immerse themselves in programs, adventures, and challenges based around a central character or story. 

Horse Camp (ages 9-16)

• The skill and experience of the rider does not matter for this camp. They take riding lessons around the camping grounds. 

Teen & Leadership Camp (ages 10-16)

• Problem solving, teamwork, communication, and tons of fun. This camp focuses on pushing campers outside of their comfort zone.
