Searches for Nancy Guthrie, mother of Today Show host Savannah Guthrie, continue into its fourth week, with no suspects being identified yet. Last seen on January 31, at 9:45 p.m., Guthrie was abducted from her home.

A surveillance video release by the authorities shows a man wearing a balaclava, gloves, and a holstered weapon at Guthrie’s home. Investigators also found DNA at the Guthrie’s house, which hasn’t matched a person in the FBI database.

“As with any biological evidence, there can be challenges separating DNA,” Pima County Sheriff’s Department told NBC News

Investigators identified the backpack in surveillance video possibly purchased from Walmart. The sheriff’s department has stated that they are working with the retailer to help identify the purchaser.

On February 22, volunteers found and turned in a backpack to deputies. Later, on February 23, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said the backpack did not appear to be a “viable lead.”

Nancy Guthrie’s family has issued a plea for her release.

“I wanted to say to whoever has her or knows where it is that it’s never too late, “ Savannah Guthrie said. “You’re not lost or alone. And it is never too late to do the right thing.”

Reward for Guthrie has shot up to above $200,000, after an anonymous donation of $100,000 was made on February 17.
