Day 26 of Bellbrook Student’s Coma

by Emily Bunsold

More than a month after the crash that landed Bellbrook Junior, Payne Sigman, in a coma, things have been turning for the best. For the latest updates, see the journal on Caring Bridge, written by his mom (and Bellbrook Middle School principal) Jenness Sigman.

Since Payne’s accident, Bellbrook community have done whatever they can to support the Sigman family and some of Bellbrook’s students spend afternoons at the hospital. Also, many rival basketball teams have shown support by wearing “play4Payne” warm up shirts before basketball games. There has been so much love and support this past month for Payne Sigman and his family, and they are very appreciative for what Bellbrook and the surrounding communities have done for their son.
