Last Saturday, Bellbrook hosted its annual Senior/Junior Prom. The theme for this year’s prom was “A Sweet Escape.” The venue was gorgeously decorated, thanks to the creative stylings of Ms. Ames and the juniors on prom committee, with bright pinks, greens, blues, and purples. DJ Miracle provided the music and there was even a dessert bar for students to chow down on when they weren’t dancing the night away! Glow sticks and bright neon sunglasses were handed out to the students as they signed in, ready to have the time of their life. And for many, it was bittersweet knowing that it would be the last time they would be going to a high school dance.

There was, however, a small bump in the road to putting on such a magnificent school dance as this year saw the lowest Prom attendance Bellbrook has had in years.
