I don’t know if anyone else has noticed–I’m sure you have since it is kind of hard to miss–but the gas prices at least here in Bellbrook have been incredible this past week. About a month ago the average cost for a gallon of gas in the Dayton area was $3.41. This time about a year ago the average was $3.20. As of October 9, the Shell, BP, and Marathon in Bellbrook had a gallon priced at $3.02! And even better, our little downtown station, the Bellbrook Valero has it set at $2.96! Even if your tank isn’t empty, I would be taking advantage of these prices, because who knows the next time they’ll be up again. Check out this website to see gas prices from different stations all over Dayton.
