Smoothies for Springtime

With springtime knocking at our doors, what better way to celebrate the incoming warm weather than with a fresh and energizing fruit smoothie. Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes. Blend these ingredients together in the order they are listed and enjoy!

  • Sunburst Smoothie 
    • 1/3 cup of  frozen papaya
    • 1/3 cup of frozen mandarin oranges
    • 1/3 cup of frozen pineapple
    • 2/3 cup of coconut water
    • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • Sunrise Smoothie
    • 1/3 cup of frozen pineapple
    • 1/3 cup of frozen mango
    • 1/3 cup of frozen peaches
    • 1 cup of orange juice
    • 1 scoop of protein powder
    • 3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
  • Kiwi Pina Colada smoothie
    • 1/4 cup of frozen kiwi
    • 1/4 cup of frozen banana
    • 1/4 cup of pineapple
    • 1/4 cup of frozen granny smith apple
    • 2/3 cup of coconut water
    • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • Classic Super Fruit Smoothie
    • 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries
    • 1/3 cup of frozen blackberries
    • 1/3 cup of frozen strawberries
    • 2/3 cups of almond milk
    • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
    • 1 scoop of protein powder
