With springtime knocking at our doors, what better way to celebrate the incoming warm weather than with a fresh and energizing fruit smoothie. Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes. Blend these ingredients together in the order they are listed and enjoy!
- Sunburst Smoothie
- 1/3 cup of frozen papaya
- 1/3 cup of frozen mandarin oranges
- 1/3 cup of frozen pineapple
- 2/3 cup of coconut water
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- Sunrise Smoothie
- 1/3 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/3 cup of frozen mango
- 1/3 cup of frozen peaches
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
- Kiwi Pina Colada smoothie
- 1/4 cup of frozen kiwi
- 1/4 cup of frozen banana
- 1/4 cup of pineapple
- 1/4 cup of frozen granny smith apple
- 2/3 cup of coconut water
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- Classic Super Fruit Smoothie
- 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup of frozen blackberries
- 1/3 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2/3 cups of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder
