After taking a summer break, the Dayton Ballet is beginning their newest season by performing one of their Signature Events, Dracula: Bloodlines.
The ballet will tell the iconic story of Dracula. Act One of the ballet will focus on Vlad Tepes who is a prince in the 15th century near Transylvania and the events that turned him into a vampire. Act Two will see characters from the novel and tell the iconic story. Dracula: Bloodlines brings in guest vocalists from the Dayton Opera and the Dayton Philharmonic will play the music from the pit.
The ballet will begin showing on Thursday, October 25, 2018 and will conclude with a final performance on Sunday, October 28, 2018. Tickets can be purchased on the Dayton Performing Arts website with special pricing for military, educators, and students.
