Studying can be a struggle, especially when you participate in extracurriculars and other activities. Everyone has a different way they like to study. Sometimes trying something new can help improve your study habits.
One habit that could benefit you is setting a specific time to study, whether it is in the morning, afternoon, or even in the evening. At certain times you are more focused than at others. Pick a time that works best for you!
While studying, try to limit the amount of time you spend on your phone. Your phone is most likely your biggest distraction. Try to keep it in another room or powered off. It will help you focus on your work. If you need your phone, try to stay on only what you need.
Taking breaks while studying can help you stay focused. After a while of studying, you start to lose focus and end up having to keep repeating what you are reading. Take a short break. It will help you clear your mind and then you can start studying again with a clear mind.
